PRO-GERMAN MINISTERS ABSCOND. Paris, November U. It is reported that Talant Bey (Grand Vizier), Enver Pasha (Minister of AVar), Djemal Pasha (Minister of Marine), and Mazin Bey have fled from Constantinople. They are accused of misappropriation of the public funds.—Renter.
