Hy Telegraph— Prc-as Association Dijnedin, November fi. \t the resumption of the Dunedin criminal .sittings, Andrew Frederick Chapman was acquitted on a charge of indecent assault on three sisters, fourteen, nine, and five years of age, and was discharged from custody. Two brothers, Daniel Christopher 'Flanagan and John Francis' Flanagan, wo charged with
harbouring their brother, Eclwurd Joseph Flanagan, a deserter from, the Expeditionary Force. The jury, after a little over half nn hour's retirement, returned ii verdict of ■not guilty, and accused were liberated. The Moody cuse will be taken to-morrow.
