The milk inspector (MivF. W. Rawlinson) proceeded against a milk vendor in tho Magistrate's Court; yesterday afternoon, on. two;charges of sellinn- milk containing added water. Mr. F°V Frazer. 5.M., , heard the case. Mr. J. M.
