Approval has been given for tho appointment to the Unattached List (b) General List and to tho New Zealand Expeditionary Force of the undermentioned officers, and tho appointment of officers of the Territorial Force to the New Zealand Expeditionary Force, as shown, wiih the ranks specified, to c'.ate from October 2, 1918, unless otherwise mentioned :— NEW ZEALAND FIELD ARTILLERY Major S. Macauley, Salvation Army Chaplain (4th Class). N.Z. ARMY NURSING SERVICE. Staff Nurses Jessie M. Wright and Annie Roy. Approval has been given to the following appointmonts, promotions, resignations, and transfers of officers of the Territorial Force and the reposting of officers from tho New Zealand Expeditionary Forces to the Territorial Forces: — APPOINTMENTS. 2nd Lt. (temp.) W. A. Izard, Unattached List (b), is appointed military representative .to a military service board, and is granted the temporary rank of captain whilst so employed. Capt. (temp.) R. S. Trotter, 'M.D., and Capt. (temp.) H. Barraclongh, M.8., are appointed members cf a special district medical board. PROMOTIONS, RESIGNATIONS, AND TRANSFERS: 7th (Wellington West Coast) Regiment. Gilmer, A.R.R.C, from the Retired List to be sister and matron (temp.) while acting as matron of the Miramar Convalescent Home; Stalf Nurse I. Munro is struck off the strength of the N.Z.E.F. and posted to the Retired List; Jessie M. Wright to' be staff nurse. Unattached List (b). 2nd Lt. (temp.) J. Fanning resigns his appointment.
