It is provided that group or unit accountants shall not be gjwktcd lcavo unless arrangements satisfactory to the A.Q.M.G. aro made for the performance of their duties and the care of public property in their absence. Tho group unit accountant is made responsible for the security of stores, and uoiio shall be issued during Ills atiseneo except under special defined circumstances.
