„ The cup presented by the Camp Commandant at Featherston for the bestkept huts and'lines has been awarded to the Forty-eighth, N.Z.F.A., for the week ending October 5, with the Fiftieth Specialists second. Gardner to be sergeant; Lco.-Corpl. E. Rough to be corporal'; Spr. W. A. Findlay to be lance-corporal. Fiftythird Reinforcements (iV.C.O.'s-b-Class) —Corpl. J. J. Jackson to be sergeant. Probationary Corpl. J. J. Jackson, Fifty-third Reinforcements (N.C.O.'s-b-Class), has been confirmed in the rank of temporary corporal.
