MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. F. V. Frazer, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court yesterday. Walter Sayage, who was charged with assaulting Philip M'Laughlin so as to cause him aetiml bodily harm, was remanded until October 2. Bail was allowed in £25 and one surety df £25.
For insobriety two first offenders were each fined 55., and another was fined 10s.
