The first submarine attacked at 9 o'clock, and tho schooner immediately opened fire and hit the submarine with the first' shot. Tho enemy submerged, but an hour later a , eocond submarine attacked the sohooner, whose guns hit the submarine twice, and drove her tff. Finally a third submarine appenred at noon.
