Washington, September 24. The Fourth Liberty Loan will probably amount to 6000 million dollars, at i J per cent. (Reo. September 25, 10.10 p.m.) ! Washington, September 24. The .United States Treasurer (Mr. Jl'Adoo) has announced that tie IWth Liberty Loan will amount to six billion dollars (£1,200,000,000), at 4J per cent.—Eeuter.
