TO DISCOURAGE ATTEMPTS TO ESCAPE. Amsterdam, September 21. Germany is taking brutal measures to discourago escapes from Belgium.. Tho frontier sentries on Friday killed six suspects, including a woman 80 years old. Tile victims are done to death with rifle-butts and bayonets in order to save ammunition.
