DEPARTMENTAL RESERVISTS | APPEALS AGAINST THE BALLOT Tho First Wellington Military Service Board isat yesterday. Duncan; acting accountant, Wellington, Wellington; William George Allingham, accounts clerk, AVellington; Thomas Edmund Roberts, controller Soldiers' Estates' Division, Wellington; and Albert Henry Pellow, correspondence clerk, Wellington. . The following appeals by the Inspec-tor-General of Mental Hospitals were adjourned sine die:—Henry D. Tycr, attendant, Porirua; Aexander George Fihdlayson, deputy charge attendant, Sumiyside; George M. Morris, attendant, Pukehiki. Cleverloy, principal light-keeper, Russell.' _ All the cases wero adjourned sine die. An appeal ifor John William Dougall, assistant! light keeper, Bluff, was dismissed.
