REPORTED OFFENSIVE BY ALEXIEFF WESTERN AND CENTRAL AREAS NOW CLEARED Amsterdam, September 18. Reports from Moscow state that General Alexieff .has taken the offenjivo against tho Bolsheviki near Blagovestchen.sk (Eastern Siberia) with considerable Cossack forces and strong detachments of White Guards—Reuter. THE NEW ROSMRMAN FRONT . CONCENTRATION ON THE URALS URGED. Vladivostok, September 18. It is reported that a strong representative Government has been established at Omsk. Central and West Siberia are now free from the danger of the Bolsheviks and the prisoners of war, and comparative calm prevails. The Russo-German front has been re-estab-lished on a lino from the Don territory through Saratoff, Samara, Penza, and Vologda. The Germans are- moving up troops from tho occupied territory. It is urged that the Allies should dispatch forces to the Urals before Germany anticipates them.—Router. IN THE TERROR ZONE ITALIANS FORCED TO LEAVE MOSCOW Romo, September 18.
