THE LUSITANIA CRIME
CLAIM SUiTS IN UNITED STATES COURT
IMPORTANT DECISION

New York, August 25. A Judge of tlio United States Supremo Court has_ refused to compel the Cunartl Steamship Line to pay damages ill suits, aggregating between eight and ten million dollars in connection with the sinking of the Lusitania. The Court decided that Germany must; pay damages, England and America _ to enforco payment at ;orac future time. Tho decision will affect more than forty other suits now pending. Captain Turner is exonerated from all blame. The Judgo declared that the evidence showed that there wero no explosives on board.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. U-BOATS SINK SEVEN DDTCH LUGGERS ; (Rec.
