Massey, in mi article in the- "Weekly Dispatch," states that Dr. iSolf, figuring us mi injured innocent, is about equal to "Bill Silccs" in the. role of the villago curate. Britain is not desirous of additional territory, but is properly anxious regarding the character of its citizens and neighbours.
