Two equal quantities of coal were taken, and bud was treated with a British chemical preparation—Saveo. it was found '.hat t'lie Savco-sprinkled coal lasted half as long again as ordinary coal. And the firo was brighter and hotter,«with less smoke, less soot, less ash, and absolutely no smell. Householders can fasily test Savco —"The National Coal-Saver." It is sold by moat ironmongers and stores. A sixpenny packet makes four cwt. coal last as long as six, so that you really obtain two bags of coal for sixpence.
