» FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 1 P.M. YESTEMIAY. Present indications are for strong southerly winds, the barometer rising everywhere soon. Oold, squally, and showery is probable generally, with snow on higher levels. Cold andj changeable weather has ruled, and stormy conditions, with rain and hail showers, were experienced in many parts during Tuesday night. High southwest winds havo predominated, and atmospheric pressure has increased, but is still considerably below normal over tho Dominion. - D. O. BATES, Direotor.
