"Constant Subscriber."—lf tho man is twenty years of age and had no parent or guardian ill New Zealand, he must give fourteen days' notice to the Registrar of Marriages ■ before a certificate of marriage will be issued to him. He can marry at the expiration of tho fourteen days.
