The question of Allied intervention in Russia is attracting considerable interest in London, interest in the subject having been revived by Kerensky's appearance on the scene. There is a good deal of talk about intervention,.but nothing definite as to ■ways and means. Germany—particularly Pan-Germany—has been thrown into • a state of great excitement by .von Kuhlmann's speech in the Reichstag ■ and'the luckless Foreign Minister is at present the target for the slings and arrows of angry criticism, most of it, from the German point of view, ' justified. ■'. ■■.■'
