. PROSECUTIONS IN AUCKLANb. By Telegraph— Press Association. , Auckland, Juno 26. At the Police Court, August .Ockeretrom, milk vendor, was fined 130 and 395. costs on conviction on a charge that on May 1 he sold milk containing l'J per cent of added water; that on May 8 ho sold milk deficient in milk fat; and that on May 20 ho Gold milk containing--14 per cent of added water. The defendant had been fined ,£2O tho week before last for sel.ing on April 23 milkthat contained added water. . Mary Jillings was fined JCIO and costs 1)93., on conviction on a charge that she had sold milk not up to standard, : tho analysis showing in one instance 14 per cent, of added water,, and 12 per cent, deficiency in non-fatty solids, and in another 11 por cent, of added.water and 11 per cent, deficiency of non-fatty sollds. George J. intone was fined .C3for selling milk slightly deficient in fat, and also milk slightly deficient in non-fatty "solids. Wilfred J. Wheeler was fined .£5 for j Felling milk 8 por cent, below standard J In fat. - ' j
