Norton Thompson, solicitor, was thia afternoon committed for trial on. vhe following charges:—(l) On oroabout July 29, 11116,: stealing a sum of .£530. tho property o{, Gotfiled Albert PetrowsHi and (2) with.' on or about December J9, 1917, receiving from Henry Northo thn sum of J!166 13s. dd. on terms requiring him to account for tho nnmo to Gotfrierf Albert Petroweki. and that he did fraudulently omit to so account for the 6amo, thereby committing theft. ,
