$ The item selected for the malo quartet which will be sung at the Thomas Mooro' concert at tho Town Hall on Monday night is "The Minstrel Boy," and tho members of the .quartet are Messrs'. A. J. Eogartv, A. C. Melvin, E. B. L. Eeadc, and E. ,T. Henly. Tho members of tho mixed quartet are Misses Kathleen Jansen, Eileen Driscoll, and Messrs. E. B. L. fteade and B. J. Healy. The duct will be sung by Miss Eileen Driscoll and Mr. T. D. Collins, and the soloist? will be .Misses Tt-resa .U'Enroe, Agnes Ncgrief, and M. M'h'eowen, and Mr. A. C. Melvin. The box plan opened at the Bristol Piano Company yesterday morning. Tim competitions on Saturday afternoon promise to be most interesting owing to the large number of entries received for Mid various sections. Tho finals for several of the most important sections will be decided at the concert on Monday evening, and the five competing choirs will combine and sing the test piece, "Tho Last "Rose of Summer," under the baton of the adjudicator (Mr. Frank J. Oakes).
