THE EARL OP ROSSE. London, Juno 11. The Earl of Rosse Is dead; aged 45.— Renter. [The fifth Earl of Rossc (William Edward Parsons) was born on Juno 14, IS"3, Ho lias been a representative Irish peer since 1911, and was HiS Majesty's Lieutenant in King's County. He was a major in the Irish Guards, served in the South African War and in the European War in ltd 1-15, when ho was wounded. The heir to the estate of about 20,500 acres is Lord Oxmantown.)
