FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for high south-east winds northwards of Kawhia and East Cape, and moderate nnd freshening eanteriies to northerly winds elsewhere. Sain ij. probable in the northern and East Coast districts of tho North Island, and cloudy and unsettled weather may be expected at times centrally. Barometer unsteady, with a falling tendency in the south. Atmospheric pressure has continued low in tho north, and strong easterly winds and rain have been experienced northwards of New Plymouth and Napier..
