Budd were appointed delegates to tho confnrenco of local bodies to considor tho increasee in tho Hospital and Charitable Aid Board levies. ... '. The special Amalgamation Committee was instructed to wait on the I'inanco Committee of the City Council and'urge' that the question of amalgamation ljo considered as early as possible.
