Captain Philip Shinier I'oster, VMC.a., Erg., N.Z. Medical Corps. Captain. Charles Henry Wheeler, ALT)., 1n. , ., NX Medical Corps (Keserve of Ulli-oer-i). Tin 1 undermentioned are appointed members of a Special District Medical Board, dated April 30, 1918:—CapUin Frank Lockwood Atkinson, M.8., N.Z. Medical Corps. Lieutenant (temporary Captain) Leonard Hugh Booth, M.8., N.Z. Medical Corps, and retains the temporary rank of captain whilst so employed. 2nd Lieutenant Patrick Gilbert Forde. Lieutenant William John Melville is struck off the strength of the N.Z.8.1 , '., with effect from June 7, 1918, and is absorbed with his original rank and seniority, viz., lieutenant, as from January 7, 1917 (vide N.Z. Gazette, No. 141, of September 13, 1917). 2nd Lieutenant Harold Herbert Parkinson is struck off the strength of the N.Z.E.F., with effect from June 1, 191S, and is absorbed with his original rank and seniority, viz., lieutenant, as from February 15, 1917 (vide N.Z.
