Mr. Holland, in returning thanks, said that as soon, as Mr. Webb was a freo mnit he would resijn the seat. Mossri. Paul and Walter also spoke. The party will commence a political campaign at Holcitilm to-night in the Labour interest, and will continue it throughout New Zealand. There wero 900 fewer votes polled today, and Mr. Webb's majority wee reduced by 766.
