A court-marti.il is being held on Canbin Mathicu, formerly General Sarrail'ts orderly officer at Salonika, and Sergeant Piiix-bealilles, on a. chavgfc of divulging confidential documents. The proceedings aro in camera. ' Thft prosecution states that (lie- documents wore handed to the "Bonnet Kongo,' , and contained General Sarrail-'s plans and information regarding the. situation of the French Army and tho number of its effectives. General Cordoimier, contrary to General Sarrail's opiuion, believes that tho delivery of the documents to Almyreda, tho editor of tho "Bonnet Rouge," will have serious consequences on tho French operations in the Near East.
