ONEHUNGA ZOO CASE
LEAVE TO APPEAL GRANTED. By Telcgranh—Press Association. ■ Auckland, May 15. Mr. Jusfico HctkinE has granted J. J. Boyd, Mayor of and proprietor of the zoo, lcavo to appeal to the Privy Council against a Magisterial decision which affects his position ae a member of the council, but made special conditions as to costs, which, by consent, arc to be mainly borne by Boyd.
