HARMONIC SOCIETY.

For the first concert of the season of the Wellington Harmonic Society, to be held at the Town Hall Concert Chamber on Saturday next, a programme quite up to the high standard previously ruachtd has boon arranged, and should certaiuly attract a crowded audiencu. The society will, under the baton of Mr. H. Temple White, render part songs by Piuautl, KaeKtrren, Dβ Pearsall, Davieß, and otUere, and will, by special rpqucst, repeat- the charming madrigal by Lassua (I,i£Ct94), "Matona, Lovely Maiden," which mn ™h much success at the last concert, imd him to be repeated on that oocaßiou.
