A. Gibbs, R.A.M.C., attached to N.Z. Staff Corps, is appointed Deputy Assistant Director of Medical Services. Captain (temporary) A. Kidd, M.8., New Zealand Medical Corps, is appointed a member of a- Special District Medical Board W. M'Namara relinquishes tho appointment of Assistant Director of Ro cruiting. J. Mason is appointed Assistant Director of Recruiting. 4th (WAIKATO) MOUNTED RIFLES! The undermentioned si'cou.l lieutenants to be lieutenants :— E. J. M'Gregor and D. Bruce. NEW ZEALAND MEDICAL CORPS. Lieutonant-Colonol R. W. Anderson, M.R.C.S., England, is struck off the strength of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force, and is absorbed with' his original rank and seniority as lieuten-ant-colonel. NEW ZEALAND DENTAL CORVS. The undermentioned are- granted tho temporary ranlc of lieutenant whilst employed in New Zealand Expeditionary Force Training Camp's:— J. W. Tucker, E. G. Bender, and E. J. Owen! NEW ZEALAND ARMY NURSING SERVICE. Staff Nurao E. E. Houpor is struck off tho (strength of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force and is posted to tho Retired List. UNATTACHED LIST (b). Captain R. A.
