Out of this there have been paid dividends to the amount of £2826 Os. 6d., leaving a balance available of £IVIJ2 19s. 4d. The directors now propose a further dividends of 3 per cent, (making the usual 6' per cent, for tho year), which will amount to £1456 16s„ leaving «>.■ balance of £326 3s. 4d. to be carried forward.
