INTERNAL CRISES MULTIPLYING APRIL THE WORST MONTH SINCE THE WAR (Kec. May 5, 5.5 p.m.) London, May i. The "Daily News" Geneva correspondent states that political and economic tension in Austria is intense. Fully a dozen crises confront the authorities, and the representatives of the subjugated nationalities expect an inevitable collapse every moment. Vienna correspondents state that tho unrest is widespread. April was tho most critical month of the war period. Work ivas suspended on May Day.
