SUCCESSOR'S- APPOINTMENT TEMPORARY.
Berne, April 21. An'official message from Vienna states that Baron Burian de Rajecz's appointment to tho Ministry of Financo in placo of Count Czernin is temporary. He will follow a policy of fidelity to tho Gorman alliance, but will neglect nothing leading to peace by conciliation.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
VON ICUHLMAHN'S RETIREMENT. Amsterdam, April 21.. The "Westphalian Gazette" states that Von Kuhlmann will probably retire when the Rumanian peace is definitely settled. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
