BOLO PASHA'S APPEAL DISMISSED
(Rec. March 13, 8.30 p.m.) Paris, March 12. 8010 Pasha's appeal has been dis-missed.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [8010 Pasha was sentenced to death for conveying intelligence to the enemy. Tho evidenco at his trial showed that he was a ruined swindler before the war, and that Germany had used him as a tool for shaking the morale of tho French nation, for which purpose ho had been supplied with £400,000. 8010 appealed to the Court de Cassation against his conviction.]
