Dalgety and Company, Limited, Palmerston North, report having a good yarding of both sheep and cattle at their Palmerßton North yards on Thursday, ■when all lines, with the exception of a couple of pens, changed hands at satisfactory prices:—Quotations:—Sheep: Fat ewes, 275. 7d., 295. 6d.: four-tooth ewes, small, 21s. 3d.; four and five-year eweß, SOs. to 21s. 2d.: cull ewes, Bs. 6d. Cattle: Store cows, small £5 165.; wcaner heifers, 325.' 6d., £2 135., £2 155., £3, £3 10s„ £4 sb. Messrs. DalgeU' and Company, Limited, report having offered a good' yarding <>( sheep and cattle at their Upper Hutt sale on Thursday, when a good clearance was effected at satisfactory prices. They quote:—Fat wethers, to 335. 6d.; fat ewes, to 305.; two-tooth wethers, 255.: mixed-age ewes, 225.-, woolly lambs, to 17b. 9d.; cull lambs, to 10s.:' Romney rams. 2Jgns. to 21gns.; f.m.
