Seaside residents havo been experiencing idoal weather conditions during the past few weeks: sunny-idays and the absence ot strong winds, making lil'o on tho waterfront a welcome change from the cold and wet of spring. Since last summon quito a number of now residences liavo boon built, particularly at Day's Bay and Eona Bay, and ibis in spite of high prices and general ehortago of building material.
