PUBLICATION OF RUSSIAN TERMS DEMANDED. (Rec. December 27, 5'.5 p.m.) Paris, December 26. The conference of the General Confederation of Labour resolved that the peace formulas of President) Wilson and the Russian Revolution are those of the French working classes. The cqll> ference recapitulated the Maximalist peace terms, with the addition of the freedom of straits and seas, compulsory international arbitration, and the formation of a league of nations._ The conferenpe also demands the publication by tho lielligorent Governments of the Russian 'peace terms as the only means of preventing a separate peace, also an early conference of the workers of all countries.—Reuter.
