ROOM FOR EDUCATIONAL . FACILITIES. ' ' ' London, December 20.: At a meeting of the Society of Arts, Professor Werfiyss_ Anderson lead apaper on the' science of the cold storage industry. ITo pointed out that pure science had done little or nothing in Great, Britain for the commercial preservation of _ foodstuffs, _ and suggested the establishment of institutes and schools of research in refrigeration in London and Liverpool, aw also facilities-fur research- at all seats of learning.
