MERCHANT CONVOYS GENERAL RESULT OF SYSTEM SATISFACTORY. London, December 19. In the House of Commons. Sir Leo Chiozwi Money (Parliamentary Secretary to tho Shipping Controller) said that tho general result of the convoy system was a groat diminution in losses. Only two per cent, of homeward cargoes" was lost in November.— Reutcr.
