MILITARY WAR COUNCIL FOR AMERICA
TO CO-OPERATE WITH SUPREME ALLIED COUNCIL. Washington, December 16. Mr. N. D. Baker, Secretary for War. has created a Military War Council of high Army officers to deal with the dual problems of supplying tho forces in the field and of securing co-operation with the Allies. It will act in conjunction with the Inter-Allied War Council.— Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
