REPORTED MOVE FOR SEPARATE PEACE HASTENED BY FALL OF JERUSALEM Berne, December 13. Muktar Bey, the Turkish delegate who is conferring with tho British delegates for the exchange of prisoners, has asked , Constantinople for full powers to negotiate, if possible, for a separate peace with the British delegates. BRITISH PEACE CRANKS NO DIRECT EVIDENCE OF GERMAN MONEY. London, December 13., In the House of Commons Sir George Cave (Home Secretary) admitted that the police raids on pacifist organisations had failed to produce direct evidence of German influence or money. AVoalthy peace cranks -supplied .the money.
