Sir Thomas Mackenzie, Now Zealand High Commissioner, speaking at tho Society of Arts, said it was imperativo in tho interests of .Britain and the Dominions that cold storago and distribution facilities should be provided in tho southern and western portß without delay, to prevent further losses of ships and food cargoes which reached England.—Aus.-N.Z.
