PERFECT WEATHER
It was high summer in Wellington yesterday —tense blue sky, a hot sun, aiul a shimmering harbour combined to make of the prospect a perfect day. This genial ivkiliH'i'. ritli slight variations, has been genoral throughout the country. Present indications are for moderate to variable winds, easterlies and northerlies predominating, warm and humid conditions, with increasing haze and cloudincss generally. The barometer has a falling tendency everywhere.
