SOUTHERLY BREEZES
Yesterday.-was fine, with'a variable .southerly wind that ranged from stiff equalls to light breezes. The morning was rather threatening, and light, misty rain fell, but the day improved Steadily, though the south-western sky had a threatening aspect aftor sunset. Cloudy and misty weather is reported from other centres. Present indications' are for moderate to strong easterly to northerly winds, warm and humid weather, dull and misty, at times in many parts. The barometer has a falling tendency everywhere.
