FALL IN FOR MEDALS?
Sir,—Please allow mc a little space in your paper to express my regret at the decision of the British War Office in reference to the Gallipoli medal. To debar tho "Thirds'" rights i and any others who helped to make tho nnnic "Anzac" on that fateful April 25,1915, is to my mind a cruel shame, especially when one knows of pcoplo who have been decorated with the Military Medal who were never in tho firing-line or anywhore near it. If the and medal are issued under the conditions stated in The Dominion of to-day, I am sure our Main Body and Second Reinforcement boys will bo disgusted with tho unfairness. At least the issue should be to all who made the landing, though we of the later reinforcements would be glad to weir something besides our scars in memory of a lively time on Gallipoli.—l am, etc., FOURTH REINFORCEMENT.
