WELSH MEMORIAL TO WAR HEROES
London, December 2.
A Welsh committee _is raising £150,000 to erect a memorial to heroes from North Wales. It will consist of an extension of the University College at Bangor for tho freo university education of children of the heroes.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
