JURY DISAGREES

NEW TRIAL ORDERED ON SERIOUS CHARGE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auokland, November 30. At the Supreme Court the ,jury disagreed on a charge against Hannah Matilda Dalton of having caused tho death of a married woman named Vera Baker .by an. illegal operation. Tho jury was discharged and a- new trial ordered. Acoused was bailed out in £300 and two sureties of £150 each.
