IMPERIAL PURCHASE CONCLUDED PRICE AND CONDITIONS
Tho Prime Minister met representatives of the dairy farmers and dairy factories of the Dominion yesterday to present to tliom tho final terms of the pit'or of tho Imperial Government for the New Zealand output of butter and cheese for tho season 1917-18.
It may now bo stated that the offer has been made and accepted, and all tho conditions agreed upon. 'I ho jrice for butter is to bo 1575. per hundredweight,'and .the price for ICd. per pound. The imperial Government has agreed to give tho same conditions as last season regarding tho making of ail advance against butter and cheese after it has boen for a certain period in store awaiting shipment. An advance of 90 por cent, of the valuo will be made after butter or cheese has heen in store for twenty-eight days. .
