BRANCH FORMED IN DUNEDIN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, November 27. A branch of the Empire Service League has been formed here. Mr. Percival Withorby, in ,an address, urged that tho time had come to consider whether the league's services to tho Empire would not become departments of a great Empire Service Association, and co-operato in an educational movement based on the principle of individual responsibility for tho common welfare.
