TURKISH AND GERMAN ATROCI- . TIES. London, November 25. Refugees who have arrived at Alexandra bring further stories of terrible atrocities by the Turks and Germans upon the Jews last month. All the leading Jews at Jaffa were accused of espionage, and on the strength of false evidence or evidence extorted under torture were convicted by a German court-martial and hanged, _ with the members of their families, in the presence of German _ officers. Men and women were publicly beaten to extort confessions. Tho lower classes are taking advantage of the evil plight of the Jews, and are blackmailing and robbing tTTem.—Router.
